Tom Izzo hinted that lineup changes could be ahead for Michigan State basketball after a third straight loss.
He is changing things up Tuesday night at No. 8 Iowa.
Izzo said he will start Foster Loyer at point guard and Marcus Bingham Jr. at center for the 7 p.m. game.

That will force fellow junior Thomas Kithier to come off the bench with 6-foot-11 Bingham replacing him. It is unclear if Loyer will replace sophomore Rocket Watts or senior Joshua Langord in the starting backcourt.
