EAST LANSING — Michigan State basketball senior guard Joshua Langford’s season is over before it began.
Coach Tom Izzo said the 6-foot-5 shooting guard had a second surgery on his left foot, this one to fix a stress reaction in the mid-part of the foot. It is a similar injury to the one Langord had a year ago, which required surgery in February on his navicular bone, but in a different place in the foot.
