Recruiting has been the talk of the town for Michigan State basketball ever since Carlos Medlock Jr. committed to the Spartans over the summer, and Tom Izzo has only built momentum since then.
Since that commitment from Medlock, the Spartans have landed four-star power forward Julius Avent, and they’re near — or at — the top of the list for five-stars Ethan Taylor and Maximo Adams as well as four-star shooting guard Jasiah Jervis.
Izzo is recruiting at an elite level, and he could end up with a top-five class before it’s all said and done in 2026.
