Michigan State is moving up. Michigan has moved out.
Michigan State (7-2) climbed three spots to No. 19 in this week's Associated Press men's college basketball poll, while Michigan dropped from the Top 25 in rankings released Monday.
The Spartans notched a pair of victories last week, including a 73-64 victory over Louisville in the ACC/Big Ten Challenge and an 81-68 victory over Toledo.
Michigan (5-3) was trounced by North Carolina last week, but bounced back Saturday with a 72-58 victory over San Diego State.
