Taking a trip overseas, the Michigan State basketball team looked to build some chemistry and impress our neighbors across the Atlantic with some American hoops. The Spartans did just that in game one of the four-game European trip with a 98-54 beatdown of Florence.

While these contests aren’t much of a barometer of where this team truly stands talent-wise, they go to show which areas of the team’s game needs to be improved and which players have worked hard enough over the offseason to earn some extra playing time.
