The Michigan State basketball coaches, as well as fans, have been patiently waiting for the emergence of West Virginia-transfer Eron Harris to return to his old form. While with the Mountaineers a couple of years ago, Harris averaged 17.2 points per game in 31 minutes.
It’s pretty obvious that the West Virginia team he was on was nowhere near as deep as this year’s Michigan State team and the Spartans don’t need him to do nearly as much. With West Virginia, he was relied on to do everything and that’s just not the case at Michigan State.
