Michigan State head basketball coach Tom Izzo has landed a verbal commitment from one of his top targets in the 2022 recruiting class. Tre Holloman, a four-star point guard, announced his pledge to the Spartans on Saturday.
Holloman, out of Cretin-Derham Hall High School in Saint Paul, Minnesota, is listed as the No. 11 point guard in the country, and as the No. 1 player in the state of Minnesota, according to the 247Sports Composite rankings. He is also ranked as the No. 70 prospect overall in the 2022 class.
