After some consideration and realizing where he fits best, 2016 four-star power forward Nick Ward committed to the Michigan State Spartans on Wednesday evening.
Ward is the second player to commit to Michigan State basketball in the last month as the first was five-star big man Caleb Swanigan for the class of 2015.
Standing 6-foot-9, Ward has some good size for a power forward and will make Tom Izzo a very happy man with his post players for 2016. Imagine a post with guys like Gavin Schilling, Marvin Clark, Caleb Swanigan, Deyonta Davis and Nick Ward.
