Without Cassius Winston, there was some worry that the Spartans would struggle at the point guard position, but Foster Loyer had one of the best games of his career and Jack Hoiberg, too, played well off the bench en route to a 96-62 win.
Loyer finished the game with 16 points while Hoiberg had four points and even Rocket Watts returned and had nine points off the bench.
