Atwater Brewing is hosting a Celebration of Life for former Michigan State punter Mike Sadler at its Grand Rapids taproom on Sunday, July 22.
The event, sponsored by the Mike Sadler Foundation, will feature appearances from the MSU Cheer and Dance teams, MSU Marching Band ensemble, other MSU guests and Sparty himself.
Attendees will also get a chance to try the newest batch of Hey Diddle Diddle, a beer created in Sadler's honor by Jagged Mountain Brewery in Colorado. Detroit-based Atwater has partnered with the brewery to bring the beer to Sadler's home state.
