Attorneys for former Michigan State University football staffer Curtis Blackwell alleged in a court filing late Tuesday afternoon that former head coach Mark Dantonio may have perjured himself during his deposition in a federal civil lawsuit last month.
Dantonio's attorneys later Tuesday, in their own filing, requested the case be dismissed because of Blackwell and his counsel's behavior and filings and "should be required to reimburse MSU for all of its expenses in connection with this frivolous litigation" as well as having Blackwell's attorneys removed from the case.
