Magic Johnson spoke with Draymond Green after the alleged assault involving Green and an ex-Michigan State football player, so attorneys would like to talk to him.
Johnson has been subpoenaed to testify in the civil suit case filed by Jermaine Edmondson and his girlfriend, Bianca Williams, according to a Bay Area News Group report.
Johnson will give a deposition Oct. 4 at a Los Angeles Lakers practice facility.
