Northwestern goes back to the run and Vault is dropped for a gain of 6 on first down. Thorson gets the 6 yards back with a completion to Bennett Skowronek on second down and then completes a 15-yard pass to Cameron Green to move the chains.
Thorson goes back to Green on the next play for a gain of 3 that'll make it second-and-7 at the 47.
