NBA Summer League play has already come and passed, and a handful of former Michigan State basketball stars happened to partake.
There was the obvious participant, Jase Richardson, who was selected No. 25 overall by the Orlando Magic in this year's NBA Draft. He joined the Magic's Summer League roster and played well, turning in some highlight plays that had Orlando fans on the edge of their seats.
Alongside Richardson with the Magic was Jaden Akins. The former Michigan State guard and 1,000-point scorer didn't play nearly as much as he would've hoped, but he ended on a high note.
