Well, in what could only be described as the strangest college football of all-time, or at least in our lifetimes, the Big Ten regular season has reached its final week. At least for this year, the tradition of the Michigan State Spartans playing the Penn State Nittany Lions for the Land Grant Trophy in the final week of the season has returned. That trophy is not particularly aesthetically-pleasing, but Michigan State head coach Mel Tucker surely wants it back in the trophy case.
Penn State has had a disappointing season, beginning the year with an 0-5 record, but has since won two games in a row.
