Wednesday was a good day to be a Michigan State football fan.
No, I’m not talking about the scandal that’s currently rocking the Michigan program, but rather the hiring of former Big Ten champion and Michigan State linebacker Max Bullough as the team’s co-defensive coordinator along with Joe Rossi. He’ll also coach the linebackers, which is what he did at Notre Dame before getting poached by Pat Fitzgerald.
The news was met with plenty of celebration on social media as Spartan fans were thrilled to see a former team captain from the glory days of Mark Dantonio return to East Lansing — as a coach.
