Drew Stanton’s annual charity golf tournament and mixer has become one of the biggest sporting social events on Michigan State’s summer calendar.
This year, it will make its debut on campus.
The High 5ive Foundation celebrity golf outing and auction will be held June 21 for the first time at Forest Akers West Golf Course. It previously had been at two other East Lansing-area golf clubs since it moved to mid-Michigan in 2009 for its second year.
“I’m really excited to move it on campus and be able to do that,” Stanton said last week from his home in Arizona.
