NEW YORK — Mark Dantonio went into Pinstripe Bowl preparation mode wanting to give his younger quarterbacks “meaningful snaps” in practices.
Come Friday, when the Spartans face Wake Forest, Dantonio has simplified the strategy.
“From our quarterback situation, we’re gonna play to win,” he said at a Thursday news conference in the Bronx. “So whatever quarterback gives us the best chance to do that as we move forward, that’s what we’ll do.”
