The MSU Board of Trustees will hear from Athletic Director Mark Hollis and MSU football head coach Mark Dantonio during a work session Monday. Hollis and Dantonio are expected to brief the trustees on athletics and football, according to university spokesperson Jason Cody.
The work session will be on the university budget and is not open to the public.
The MSU football program has been under pressure since February, when three MSU student-athletes and one MSU football staff member were suspended pending a sexual assault investigation.
In April, MSU football player Auston Robertson was charged with third-degree criminal sexual conduct by the Ingham County Prosecutor's Office for allegedly raping an acquaintance.
