1. MSU shows both its warts and why this season has a chance

EVANSTON, Ill. – Michigan State’s offense showed us the truest version of itself right now in Saturday’s 31-10 win at Northwestern: Sometimes efficient; prone to droughts and inconsistency; capable in all facets; good enough to thump the bottom half of the Big Ten.

Not good enough to win the Big Ten right now, though. So this growing offense has to continue to grow.
