Colquhoun has ‘put everything’ into CB battle

EAST LANSING – Arjen Colquhoun is proof that watching TV can be productive — the Michigan State fifth-year senior is on the verge of his criminal justice degree, with hopes of SWAT and FBI work in his future, thanks to the inspiration of hours of crime dramas.

“I watch ’em all,” he said.

Watching football can be productive, too, though not necessarily the way Colquhoun did it as a kid in Windsor.

“Lions,” he said. “That’s the only station that was on. My dad loves the Detroit Lions, so I grew up watching the Lions.”

Lately, Colquhoun has been more into watching himself and the MSU cornerback predecessors who got themselves to the first round of the NFL draft.
