For the first time in his career, former Michigan State wideout Cody White has made a 53-man roster. He had never made a roster out of training camp in his NFL career, but that changed on Tuesday.
The talk all preseason long was that the Seahawks had a lot of cooks, but not enough room in the kitchen for six receivers, but they defied that notion, adding White to the roster with five others to create a pretty loaded room.
This comes a year after White appeared in four games with the Seahawks.
This also comes just days after a breakout game against the Green Bay Packers during preseason action, catching three passes for 69 yards and a touchdown, and returning a punt 35 yards to give Seattle excellent field position.
