EAST LANSING -- Charlie Bell undoubtedly left his mark on the Michigan State basketball program throughout his time in East Lansing.
Bell's Spartan teams won four straight Big Ten titles and appeared in three straight Final Fours. Bell ended his career as Michigan State's all-time leader in games started.
And now, 14 years after graduating in 2001, Bell is a Spartan hall of famer.
"I was shocked when I got the call from Mark Hollis, but I was also extremely happy," Bell said in a press release. "I had a lot of different emotions, and I was just trying not to cry.
