QUESTION: So is this Air Force offense technically the "triple option," or how would you describe it?
ANSWER: Triple option remains a big part of what Air Force does, as it showed last week, but it certainly isn't all it runs. Generally speaking the Falcons have inched toward a more "multiple" offense that will line up in shot gun, sometimes go three wide, sometimes go with a traditional I, sometimes give almost a double-wing look… they basically line up in an assortment of ways and run an offense that typically feeds the tailback the ball most of the time.
