MUSKEGON - When Allyson Geer is on the golf course, she is in her element.
In 2 1/2 weeks, the 19-year-old Brighton native and Michigan State University rising junior will be entering a new realm: Married life.
If Geer approaches marriage at a young age the way she plays golf - with great maturity - then she and fiancee Nick Park may live happily ever after.
Geer's even-keel approach served her well the last two days at Muskegon Country Club, as the two-time All-Big Ten performer captured the title in the 27th Golf Association of Michigan Women's Championship.
