Miami forward Carson Meyer is in the process of transferring to Ohio State, according to a new report in The Athletic, which also chronicled a season of suffering through an unknown illness.
In the article published today, Meyer recounted his struggles at Miami last season, after what had been a very good freshman year. In 2016-17, Meyer had 10 goals and 26 points in 32 games. Last season, Meyer dipped to 5-4—9 in 34 games, with a minus-22, while his penalty minutes soared from 14 to 48.
