Submit your 2020 Marlins predictions

The buzz was promising on Monday and now it’s official: Major League Baseball will attempt to complete a 60-game regular season in 2020. It will be unlike anything the Marlins have ever experienced. Are you up for the challenge of predicting it?

  • Players report by Jul. 1 for Spring Training/Summer Training; Jul. 23 or Jul. 24 Opening Day; Sept. 27 regular season finale
  • Ten games apiece—40 total—against the Braves, Mets, Nationals and Phillies; 20 games combined against the Blue Jays, Orioles, Red Sox, Rays and Yankees (arguably the most difficult schedule in the majors)
  • Universal designated hitter
  • All extra innings begin with a runner on second base
  • Up to 60 players at spring training camps; 30-man Opening Day active roster, which reduces to 28 spots after two weeks and 26 spots after four weeks (no September roster expansion)
  • Aug.
