With the seasonal Hot Stove completely turned off for the past four months, the Miami Marlins were overdue to make changes to their roster.
With news of the season likely getting underway on or around July 24, with a July 1 report date, it was only a matter of time before some fringe players got a pink slip. The list of 30 includes some “fringy” type players, but also a lot of others who I thought were locks to someday impact the Miami Marlins.
