The Marlins got off to a surprisingly hot start with Nick Fortes reaching on a single. After a Jesus Aguilar lineout, Nick Fortes stole 2nd and 3rd during Avisail Garcia’s at-bat, thanks in part to an E4. Garcia continued the momentum with an RBI single that drove in Fortes.
