The 2020 Major League Baseball season has brought a lot of firsts and the playoffs are no exception. Last week, we saw a record-shattering 8 postseason games in one day. This was courtesy of an expanded playoff format that granted the first and second place teams in each division a postseason berth, as well as two extra wild card teams in each league. The fun doesn’t stop there, however.
The rest of this year’s playoff games will be played in somewhat of a bubble-type environment where the American League will host games in California and the National League will host games in Texas.
