Earlier on Tuesday, prior to the Miami Marlins victory over the Washington Nationals, the management announced the movement of seven players from the spring roster, according to a tweet by Joe Frisaro.

Shortstop Jazz Chisholm performed mostly as advertised in his first look at major league camp for the Miami Marlins. He was four-for-13 with a double and a home run, three RBI and two stolen bases. He was optioned to the Marlins Triple-A level Wichita Wind Surge in the Pacific Coast League. He’s the number 54 prospect in baseball, and the number three Marlins player on the list.
