Luis Palacios: Marlin on the Rise

This year, we start out our look into Miami’s infrastructure at the international complex, where the DSL Marlins finished third in the DSL Northwest Division with an impressive 40-29 record.

Luis Palacios led the DSL club with 46.2 innings pitched, starting in four of his 15 contests overall. Palacios, a 6’2”, 160 lb. left-handed hurler from Cagua, Venezuala, had opponents dancing to a tune of just 1.
