For the 2016-17 offseason, we counted down the Top 100 all-time Marlins. This offseason, we will instead cast our eyes ahead. I’ll be outlining the Top 100 Marlins prospects, as chosen by you on the ranker.com listing.
For the third installment of this series, we will take a look at Josh Alberius. Born on November 19th, 1994, the righty-throwing and righty-hitting 5’11”, 170 lb. product of Little Rock, Arkansas was selected by the Marlins in the 36th round of the 2017 draft, with the 1,079th overall selection.
In four seasons of college ball, Alberius posted a 7-7 record for the Arkansas Razorbacks, where he was a teammate of future major leaguers Andrew Benintendi and our very own Brian Anderson.
