José Ureña delivered another peak performance, ending his season on a high note.

José Ureña was solid tonight. His one earned run over six innings brought his overall earned run average for the season below 4.00. While he was not overpowering every batter he faced, he did get the job done and stayed out of jams. He performed much better than Mets starter Corey Oswalt. He gave up one run but only went four innings.

The one inning Ureña did run into trouble was the bottom of the first. The Mets started things off with a single. This was followed up by a stolen base and a walk. With men on first and second, Amed Rosario singled to score the only run of the game for the Mets.
