Giancarlo Stanton ended his home run “slump.”

Stanton, who had gone three whole games without a home run, belted his 52nd of the season Saturday, a first-inning moon shot to left center off the Phillies’ Aaron Nola.

Stanton has a commanding lead in the Majors’ home run race.

Entering play on Saturday, the Rangers’ Joey Gallo and Yankees’ Aaron Judge were tied for second in home runs with 37.
