New Orleans Zephyrs (32-33)
The Zephyrs came up on the short side of a 3-2 decision to the Round Rock Express, splitting the four-game road series. The Express put up two in the sixth and one more in the seventh against New Orleans' starter Dylan Axelrod, who pitched seven innings and took the loss, giving up six hits, zero walks, and striking out four. Second baseman Austin Nola and left fielder Destin Hood each had two hits, and Robert Andino hit his seventh home run in the eighth inning, but it wasn't enough to overcome the three run deficit.
