Hurricanes coach Mark Richt on Monday said Miami has spoken with redshirt freshman quarterback N’Kosi Perry and addressed with him a video Perry posted on his Instagram account over the weekend that shows the quarterback riding in a car with what appears to be a significant amount of money in his lap.
The video has since been deleted from Perry’s social media account and as the Hurricanes continue preparing for a crucial ACC game Friday night at Boston College, Richt said the quarterback is in good standing with the team and that Miami has “covered our bases on everything” in regards to whether Perry may have committed any kind of potential NCAA violation.
