Texas A&M star freshmen reportedly suspended for showdown with Hurricanes

COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS — Four key young Texas A&M stars are reportedly suspended for the Aggies’ game against the Hurricanes.

Wide receivers Evan Stewart and Chris Marshall as well as cornerbacks Smoke Bouie and Denver Harris have been suspended for violating team rules, according to 247Sports.

Those four players were key parts of the Aggies’ 2022 recruiting class, which was ranked No. 1 in the nation. Stewart, Marshall and Harris were five-star prospects and Bouie was a four-star prospect.

All four saw some playing time through Texas A&M’s first two games. Stewart is the Aggies’ No.
