MIAMI GARDENS — It was pure domination unlike anything we have seen in recent memory in the classic Miami-Florida State rivalry.
A series known for tight finishes no matter which team is up or down on a given year, there was no room for a wide anything on Saturday night the way the Hurricanes played — and, conversely, the way the Seminoles played.
UM scored the most points it ever has against FSU. It was the largest margin of victory for either team in the series since the 1997 Seminoles put a 47-0 mauling on that UM team recovering from probation.
