For the third week in a row, Miami faced off against a an ACC opponent. And, for the third week in a row, Miami defeated that ACC opponent, this time dispatching Georgia Tech by a 33-30 score line.

Miami now stands 5-4 (3-2 ACC) on the year, and continues to have a mathematical chance to win the Coastal Division. The Canes still need help — another Pitt conference loss AND another Virginia conference loss — to get there, but the chance still exists, so that’s the focus.
