MIAMI GARDENS — Miami looked likely to have several key returning players for its game against Duke on Saturday.
Tight end Will Mallory, center Jakai Clark, running back Henry Parrish Jr., wide receivers Jacolby George and Michael Redding III and cornerback Tyrique Stevenson were all warming up in pregame drills, indicating that they could be ready to play against the Blue Devils.
All of those players did not play against Virginia Tech last week except Mallory, who departed the game with an injury after taking a hard hit when catching a pass.
George has been out since Miami’s loss to Texas A&M with a hand injury.
