Another former Hurricane is reuniting with former Miami offensive coordinator Rhett Lashlee.
Former UM wide receiver Romello Brinson announced he was transferring to Southern Methodist on Wednesday, announcing his new landing spot on his Instagram account.
Nineteen Hurricanes have either announced their intentions to transfer or been reported to leave. Of those 19, Brinson is the fifth to commit to SMU. He joins former Miami running back Jaylan Knighton, wide receiver Key’Shawn Smith and defensive linemen Elijah Roberts and Jordan Miller in Dallas.
