The addition of former Houston offensive tackle Jarrid Williams to the Miami Hurricanes is a big boost to the 2020 football roster. Williams is an experienced lineman who has proven he can play against Power Five teams while with the Cougars.
In his four-plus seasons on the active roster at Houston, new Miami Hurricanes offensive tackle Jarrid Williams played in 29 games earning 19 starts. Four of those games were against Power Five opponents. Williams was exceptional blocking for new Miami quarterback D’Eriq King with the Cougars
According to Pro Football Focus via Andrew Ivins with Inside the U Williams graded out with an 80.
