Keionte Scott made his return to the lineup for Miami's College Football Playoff trip to College Station. After making a statement on the field, he went to X to call out the voters who snubbed him from being a Jim Thorpe Award finalist.
Scott finished with 10 tackles (team-high), two sacks, one forced fumble and three tackles for loss as Miami's defense smothered Texas A&M in a 10-3 CFP first-round win at Kyle Field. The victory pushes Miami into the next round, with the Hurricanes headed to the Goodyear Cotton Bowl for a matchup with Ohio State.
