Miami Hurricanes bury NC State from start to finish in race for CFP bid

No. 15 Miami closed its regular-season home schedule with authority Saturday, overwhelming NC State 41-7 at Hard Rock Stadium in a performance that checked every box down the stretch. Miami dominated the line of scrimmage, generated points on defense, and got an efficient, turnover-free day from quarterback Carson Beck to move to 8-2 overall and strengthen its resume.

Beck completed 21 of 27 passes for 291 yards and three touchdowns, pacing an offense that piled up 533 total yards and 25 first downs.
