On Thursday afternoon, the University of Miami announced a future home and home football series against the Auburn Tigers.
The series will take place in 2029 and 2030 with the first game being played at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, and the return game on campus in Auburn at Jordan Hare Stadium the following year.
This is yet another marquee non-conference matchup for the future of the Miami Hurricanes schedule. The Canes kick off the 2021 season in Atlanta against the Alabama Crimson Tide. Following that, Miami has non-conference games against Michigan State (2021), Texas A&M (2022-23), Florida (2024), Notre Dame (2024-25), South Carolina (2026-27), and more Notre Dame (2028, 2031, 2032, 2034, and 2037).
