After leaving the Miami Hurricanes in the middle of the 2019 season to enter the transfer portal, Cleveland Reed Jr. is back with the Hurricanes for the 2020 season and is competing for playing time at the left guard and right guard positions.
After just over two months in the transfer portal, Reed Jr. opted to remove his name from the transfer portal and return to the football program at Miami in December.
