After playing their spring football game in Orlando in 2019, the Miami football program will not have their annual spring game at Hard Rock Stadium for the third time in the last four years. The 2018 game was the only spring game that the Hurricanes have held on their regular season homefield in the past four years.
Hard Rock Stadium has been unavailable on the date that the Miami football program scheduled their spring game in 2017, ’19 and ’20. In 2017 Hard Rock Stadium was still being renovated. In 2019 the Rolling Stones concert that was eventually postponed was scheduled there and in 2020 it’s an unspecified conflict.
