Miami football strength and conditioning coach David Feeley virtual workout

Miami football strength and conditioning coach David Feeley posted a five-part workout on the Hurricanes football Twitter account earlier this week. Feeley stated in the video that this was the workout that was sent to players. The reality is likely that this was merely a very small part of what players are expected to do at home.

Feeley began the workout by asking fans to do 25 jumping jacks. The second part encompassed what he called opening the gate, the third exercise was shoulder caps, followed by what sounded like he expected were burpees and concluding with doing as many pushups as you can in 20 seconds.
