The official announcement of Rhett Lashlee as the new offensive coordinator with the Miami football program has the majority of the Hurricanes fanbase excited about at least the future of the offense. Andrew Ivins of Inside the U reported on Saturday that Lashlee is expected to bring two SMU staffers with him.
The two staffers from SMU that are expected to join Lashlee in Coral Gables are former Mustangs off offensive quality control analyst Jonathan Brewer and former SMU offensive graduate Kyle Cooper assistant. A pair of Dan Enos hires in Miami are reportedly on the hot seat in Coral Gables.
